Attention: We will only ship the goods once the money has been received in our account! This may take a few days depending on the credit institution! If we do not receive payment from you after 7 working days days, we will delete the order from our system, and you will have to reorder!

Customers from abroad pay any bank fees that may be incurred. Please check with your credit institute if and what fees apply. For our Swiss customers we do not charge VAT. These charges will be incurred by the Swiss postal service upon delivery.

If no payment reaches us after 7 working days, we will delete your order and you have to place it again to get your stuff, if you still want it!


WHO DELIVERS THE HOT SHIT?
We ship everything via DHL, that means you can also choose a "Packstation" as your address.


WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS IN GERMANY?
Shipping costs within Germany are 6.90€. When you reach an order worth of 100.00€ shipping is free of charge.

I PLACED AN ORDER AND HAVEN'T HEARD FROM YOU YET?
You will be notified about every step of the production via E-Mail. From order reciept to payment, when we produce your ordered item and when we ship it.

HOW LONG DOES THE SHIPPING TAKE?
As soon as your payment reaches us, your desired merchandise will be produced freshly for you. Usually your order should reach you within three workdays within Germany. With advance payment order it may take longer, because we only start processing it when the money is received on our account.
Please understand, that an order may take one or two days longer, especially if you're from outside Germany. But, if no package reached you within a week, please contact us via email and we'll investigate what is going on.

You order status can be tracked by clicking the link you received in your received in you order confirmation or with your customer account.


WHERE IST MY PARCEL?
As soon as your order has been picked up by the parcel service of your choice, you'll receive an email which includes your tracking#.


EXCHANGES AND RETURNS


YOUR SHIRT DOESN'T FIT OR YOU GOT A WRONG ONE?
Find all information regarding returns and exchanges here.

To process the return correctly, please fill out the return form (you can find it on our return info page) as accurately as possible, but a note with your details and your exchange request is generally sufficient. The order or invoice number is most important; you can find these numbers on your invoice and in your customer account under Orders. The reason for the exchange and the information as to whether you would like an exchange item or a refund should of course also be included. Please ensure that your return is sufficiently stamped and send it back to us within 14 days of receiving the delivery.

Mind that we only accept returns that are unworn and unwashed. Please send it back sufficiently stamped, we'll pay for the new shipping costs - we're only a small business and can't offer free returns, sorry!

CAN I RETURN THE PARCEL WITHOUT BEING FRANKED?
Please do not send us unstamped parcels, because additional costs will incurr. If you are not shure how to send back a product, email our friendly support indicating your invoice number: [email protected]

WASHING INFORMATION
Most of our textiles are produced using direct printing. Before printing, a fixing liquid is applied which may leave edges, an imprint or stains and give the fabric a strange feel. This disappears after the first wash

Please do not wash shirts produced using direct printing above 30°C, do not tumble dry and only iron very carefully at a low temperature. Wash and iron inside out and do not use fabric softener.
